Humility

21 Nov 2010

When was the last time you blushed?  When was the last time you hung your head because you were embarrassed at the vulgar language someone was using?  Not only has America in general  become arrogant in their pride, but they shame and ridicule anyone who dares to blush, or even be “shy”.  It is a predominant action for anyone to really demean someone who is humble enough to let the “other fellow” have his way, and they are mocked  with words such as ” you just let everyone walk all over you”.  You can get a really big laugh if you rebuke someone in front of everyone.   Who really likes to be told they are wrong everytime they open their mouth with an opinion?   We should stop and think about what this means.   We are recompensed with the same that we demand of others.  Our standards should be exactly what we think it should be for others, not what we deserve!
